Ascent Solar (ASTI) Launches New High Powered, Thin Film Solar Product
Ascent Solar (ASTI) has announced the open of its new line of high powered, thin film CIGS solar modules today. The WaveSol modules are the highest power 5 meter cooperative thin film modules available today and are aimed at the commercial solar rooftop trade in. The company plans to showcase the product in October during the Solar Power Intercontinental conference in Los Angeles.

Shares of ASTI are flat today and effective nowhere fast as it’s been stuck in a downtrend for many months now. Perhaps it’s due for a bound soon, but I wouldn’t touch this company for some time.
